"I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Definitely appreciated the proximity to Universal and also shopping strips as well. Emilly was a server during breakfast and she was amazing. She was very friendly with us and got to know it was my birthday and she broight me a a slice of cake with a candle. A very simple and thoughtful gesture. I also had asked for the air filters to the room changed and it was handled immediately. "

"The bathtub was filled with hair, the ac didnt work properly and the room fluctuated from ice cold to hot and stuffy without touching the thermostat. Paying for parking when already paying for a room is big turn off. The shuttle service is also lacking and the window closes early. Staff was very pleasant however and breakfast was good. "
