The hotel needs a better maintenance, a deep cleaning in the bathroom, the pool as well, in the beach take out the gazebos they look horrible and the plastic tables as well,the breakfast food delicious the staff was wonderful,Medardo , Xochllt,Daniel,Sergio, Norma,the cleaning Lady 9th floor.

Nice views and location but will not return

This hotel had a great, helpful staff but is old and outdated. The sheets had many stains and fan and AC was very loud and smelled like mold. The breakfast buffet was awesome and there were nice views from the rooms. Lunch and dinner options were not as great, but still ok. I will say that the location is good and there were lots of restaurants and shops working walking distance. We will return to Acapulco but will not stay here again.

The Hotel has a perfect location on the Beach, but its an Old Hotel. The room was wery damp inside. But the worst part was the elevators... They were stopping at almost every floor due to some fault, and when you live in the 15'th floor you can imagine the frustration.

Me gusto mucho el hotel , las albercss con agua tibia, el personal, los meseros muy amables, nunca nos faltó nada, muy atentos y oportunos, hacian actividades en la alberca, el estacionamiento lo cobran por dia ya que esta en otra sección, pero muy bien cuidado. En general todo bien, esta a un lado del mar y el mar espectacular. Si regresaria y lo recomiendo:)
