The house is spacious and beautiful. The pool was refreshing. We were grateful for the free WiFi and free parking. We truly enjoyed our stay. Some suggestions: Better communication to the security guards about guests coming would help. Many of the guards were not even aware of this property, and none of them spoke English. We had trouble getting through the two gates on more than one occasion. It would help to add the following for guest use: vegetable peeler, can opener, electric dishwasher soap, paper towels, cleaning products, replacement trash liners, mixing bowls, and dish cloths. Booking is very difficult if your arrival is after hours. We had to wire money for payment. More payment options should be considered, including allowing Expedia to be a payment broker, instead of only “pay at property.” The property manager should be more accessible prior to arrival. It took awhile for us to connect with the property manager, but once we could text with them, it worked out fine. There were no checkout instructions. The pool pump required repair while we were there, so we only accessed the pool at the start of our trip.

This hotel was great, very relaxing and zen. The location was perfect, not too close to the downtown, but easy 15 mins walk. Staff was very attentive and catering.

Second time at this resort. Great resort, staying at Ventus Ha you can use 2 other hotels (Ventus and Marina). We payed for Platinum club, and it was great, you can use Platinum lounges (4 of them) with premium drinks, coffee, rest area, you will get personal buttler who will help with restaurant reservations and any other services you need, and some in room perks, we liked it. Food is great, so many options. Akaat restaurant is the best for breakfast, outside terrace is amazing, and ask server for Green juice (we loved it). It is very walkable, we never used carts. And service is amazing and fast, and polite, almost every restaurant. A lot of great pools, jacuzzis, bars and restaurants, great shows. If you like swimming in the ocean this resort doesn't have good beach or swimming area, I mean it, you will not be able to do it, you can only use kayaks. But you can walk passing Delphinarium and use neighboring hotel beach, it is much better. Other than that it is amazing resort and very good price. Note for management: - Seafood restaurant La Marina has worst waiters service, we went there two years and both times was extremely bad experience; -Hacienda the elderly guy who is welcoming guests and seems like manager (or as waiter called him Captain) is not welcoming at all and has really bad attitude and not customer friendly, but waiters are great. - New bar Ruf NaHa the music is too loud, not tranquil and you can here it even from ground pool,just make music quiter
