Callado, tranquilo, buena vista de la ciudad. Limpio y ameno. La comida regular, precios lo normal para un hotel, la atención al cliente muy buena . Estacionamiento seguro. Desayuno más o menos, falta más variedad.

Hotel limpio y el buffet estuvo rico. Lo que no nos pareció es las tarjetas de llave para entrar a la habitación, no funcionaron varias veces durante la visita. También, pedimos unas cosas al cuarto una noche, tres veces, y nunca llegó. Aparte de esto, la plancha en nuestra habitación, no funcionó bien. Se apagaba rápido y no le podías controlar la temperatura, entonces quemó una ropa.

Excelente ubicación

El personal es muy ameno y amable. Es un hotel pequeño, pero muy agradable y tranquilo. La alberca estaba siempre a muy buena temperatura. El spa me pareció también bueno. Gracias

I had higher expectations for this place especially after reading the reviews but it was definitely not what I expected. We asked to have our room cleaned or switched as the first room we were given was not clean at all. The toilet appeared to have not been clean in a while, there were stains on the walls and cabinets around the sink and it just appeared to have not been deep cleaned in a while. The staff was very apologetic and switched our room but the second room was not much different. The refrigerator was run down and the door didn’t even close properly. I def would not recommend and would not stay again.
