very nice smelling soap & shampoo/conditioner & lotion. also, the room came with comfortable, clean (disposable) slippers. nice thick towels, and wonderful lighting in the bathroom & main room. lovely little seating area on the lobby floor, with nice drawings and paintings on the wall. seems all details were accounted for. also, the hotel concierge team were helpful and crisply professional while also being friendly. my wife & i found the whole experience entirely pleasant. absolute silence & cleanliness in the room. wonderfully light feather down duvets that were warm & comfy. The only thing that could have improved our stay would have been to stay longer. If you are reading this review and trying to decide if you should book, yes! The rooms are gorgeous, the staff are at the TOP of their game. The restaurant is yummy. The location is perfect. Those beds though! So comfy. Views of the canal. All. The.Things!

This unique and exquisite property is centrally located to Amsterdam's major sites. It is extremely clean, beautifully appointed, the bed is extremely comfortable and the staff is welcoming, warm and professional. We love Amsterdam and loved staying here.
