It wasn’t the best to argue all the way just to have two rooms at least on the same floor. Thinking of a family like ourselves with 4 kids, you can’t just separate us on different floors in a city hotel.. this was requested months ago but didnt help at all.. it was a quite a troublesome checking in running around arguing and changing rooms unnecessarily.. it was a common sense above all..

We booked a Deluxe with city view ew but we got view to a wall of the building and fans of the hotel. The room wasnt cleaned properly, dust everywhere especially the bathroom area( We taled to front desk but they only offered upgrade for extra even though the room they provided looked like a downgrade for us. Would not recommend. Breakfast was ok but again hygiene is poor, glasses and plates were dirty and not enough seats by sea( Staff is not qualified enough for that kind of a hotel

The hotel is located in the heart of Antalya it is very clean, staff are really friendly and helpful. The room was excellent would highly recommend it! The holiday was fabulous would definitely go again and stop at the same hotel.

Amazing

Amazing room, amazing view, amazing service, amazing facilities. Only stayed one night as transiting through Turkiye but would highly recommend. The staff cannot do enough for you. Breakfast food is a little ropey but that's a small price to pay for everything else that you get.
