"If you arrive early they don’t let you check in until 3pm. Meanwhile you can use the facilities. We got to the cabin and it was filthy dirty, no hot water even though they tried to get it to work 3 times. We found rat poop on the beds and around and the person said he cleaned the cabin came back to take care of it and still left rat poop on the bed. The shower and toilet were disgusting. He said he can only do what he can with the supplies he was given. Very poor experience. "

"We were three adult couples looking to have a nice weekend in Valle de Guadalupe. This place was just above camping. Of the four master bedrooms, one lost power, and we never got heaters for the other two, so we really only had one that worked. The beds were comfortable and the front desk tried their best to take care of us but after a full day of touring, waiting a half hour for someone to flip the breaker so you can have a hot water, heat, and light is no fun."
