We truly enjoyed our stay at the Fairmont. We felt so safe and well cared for by all of the staff and employees. They were very responsive to our every need. The Vermilion restaurant was incredible with the best food and staff. The area is walkable but if you don’t want to walk, public transportation is easily accessible. When we visit Banff again we will stay here again.

The Fairmont Banff Springs is amazing! I can't think of one thing we didn't like. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, the property was beautiful and well kept, the restaurants and bars were great. If you have the opportunity to reserve a Fairmont Gold room I would highly recommend it. We really enjoyed the breakfast and evening spreads served in the Gold lounge. But one of the most memorable parts of our stay was floating in the outdoor heated pool as it was snowing.

The property is full of history and beautiful views. We spent our one day stay busy eating, skating on the beautiful outdoor rink and swimming in the outdoor heated pool.
