The hotel was nice and clean inside. The grass around the parking area was littered with trash. There was even a piano harp laying in the grass. The room was newly remodeled and visually clean. We could hear the tackiness of the laminate floor when we came in. It was clean so maybe too much cleaning solution was used when the flior was cleaned. The bed frame was metal, and although it looked nice, the metal popped every time I moved on the bed and I was concerned with waking up the other person in the room every time I moved or got up. We were unable to get the TV to work. To be fair, we only tried it in the morning right while we were getting ready to leave. At check out, I was told that there was a button on the TV that we were supposed to push to get the remote to work. It would have been helpful to have been told that at check in or had a note somewhere in the room to communicate that. There was a breakfast available, but it was very basic. White bread, plain bagels, apples, oatmeal, dry cereal, coffee, apple juice, and milk. There were sweeteners and half & half pod available. But there was no protein or non dairy creamer.

Very walkable and close to public transit. Beds were not comfortable at all. Room was decent. Hotel was nice, staff were very friendly. Using the parking ramp is definitely an annoyance because you can only access the ramp with a ticket at ground level or on level 2 from inside the hotel with a room key. The 2nd floor is labeled as "2" on the hotel side and "3" on the ramp side so it can get confusing, you will almost always have to take 2 elevators to go from your vehicle to your room, and the $37 a night is pricey, but thats the cost of staying downtown.

Everything was in walking distance that we needed.

I found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful. There was some initial confusion with the booking and they were professional leading to a hassle free resolved issued. Cleaning service was also very nice. The shower was phenomenal and the room was spotless even with an unexpected arrival.

Super nice staff, cool decor, smells really good, just our room was kind of small. But we had fun.
