The villa and property grounds were beautiful, the food was not good and at and the service wasn’t must better... slow service and even slower butler, which we paid for.. we saw him one time

7 holes are under repair but this was my first round in 5 months so I didn't mind as I only played 13 holes total (repeated 2). Course is a good layout and in good condition otherwise. This is not a course for the views though as it is a little like a condo course.
