What I liked most was the sports bar, very fun and entertaining. But what made the sports bar great was Carlos, the bartender, he always made sure I was taken care of and made it feel like home.

Awesome resort with great food, super friendly staff, and top-notch service. Highly recommend upgrading to Preferred Club—the Adults Only Pool was our favorite spot (huge thanks to Rosendo and Jose!). Swim-out beach room was unreal. Spa is worth a visit. Beach wasn’t perfect during our stay, but the staff cleaned it daily and kept everything looking great.

Our family of 2 adults and one teenager stayed here in one of the newer villas. We loved having our very own private pool! The food was very good, especially the breakfast spot in the Indigo section and the Teppanyaki restaurant in the main section.

The entertainment team at the resort was truly exceptional, making it the highlight of our visit. People of all ages found joy in their activities. We had a blast dancing Zumba by the pool in the morning and salsa dancing in the evening with the incredible Hannia and Tony, who were absolutely fantastic!

The service was amazing! Really liked the indigo section, preferred club pool, and the rooms. The food was average and the ocean was not swimmable (unless you enjoy swimming in seaweed) due to seaweed. The Italian restaurant was my favorite. They had great entertainment and kids activities

We had a great time, room was perfect and staff was amazing. The beach that week was not the best and some of the food selections were not edible, but once we found what we liked we continued to go there.

Very good food variety and small restaurants of different cultures, lots of pool and on property entertainment and activities, day and night, no problem getting good drinks and wine variety and cocktails.only complaint was getting up at 6am to get a lounge chair in the pool area. Have to compliment Monica on being very guest friendly and working so hard with the other staff doing daily activities.

This resort is top-tier, everything from the staff the dining and the facilities were superb! My wife and our experience travelers and have been to Mexico around 14 times in the last 12 to 13 years. I will highly recommend this resort the bartender at the bar, Marko had exceptional service. Definitely will be visiting again.

For an all-inclusive resort, the food was pretty good. Staff were amazing. The only issue was with ice cold water in the shower/jacuzzi.
