Clean, safe, and convenient location. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Its location is in close proximity to the wall and Getsemaní. Definitely worth the stay!!!

Holiday express is a great brand. Everything you need was close at hand. Staff was very polite and helpful. I hit the restaurant downstairs and upstairs same menu everywhere even for room service. The food was not that great though.

Breakfast included was a plus, many options and space was good enough to avoid crowd. The bartender of the 14th floor gave us great service and prepared good margaritas. Overall great experience and will come back if we have the chance.

Great property and stay in a safe, vibrant area. Room was ok, definitely a little tired round the edges- could do with a refurb and a deep clean of the communal carpeted areas. Breakfast was ok, they could spend more time on attention to detail with labelling foods. It would seem that in South America, a vegetarian label does not mean it will come without some kind of meat/sausage mixed in or sprinkled on top. The people who served us at breakfast and checked us in (Alex) /out were very nice and helpful.
