"Good experience. Room was clean, cozy and secure. When checking in their Internet was down, Soni couldn't get my keys, but they had staff available to get me into my room. I was attending a conference at a different hotel, So I didn't get to know the hotel much, but it seems like a good place to stay."

"Everything was excellent staff was excellent The experience was excellent at this property. But as for Expedia my experience is very bad.. I ended up picking the wrong room which I really thought the room had a kitchenette in it with a stove and it didn't and I called Expedia to get an upgrade and they wouldn't give me an upgrade they told me I had to pay $400 penalty fee for changing the reservation. Long story short The hotel worked with me and I was able to have my kitchenette and everything I needed so next time I will go directly to the hotel and for all future endeavors I will not use Expedia I've been using them for over 15 years And that ends today my big shout out to the hotel and their management team You guys are awesome well be seeing you all soon.. I am exercising my rights of free speech and media.."
