"Scarlett at the reception desk made us feel so welcome!!! She gives top notch service & really connected with us. Manuel in the restaurant was phenomenal as well. Great staff & all seem so happy. Even the sweet cleaning lady Yessinia!!! The property was great for our 3 year old & we were so comfortable for our 2 night stay. Exceeded our expectations & will highly suggest for SJ stays. "

"Don't judge a book by its cover. The service and facilities were beyond my expectations. Housekeeping was outstanding as was the restaurant staff. The room location was perfect for sound sleep on a high quality matrass. The portable water dispense was eco saving as were the scrumptious coffee and non dairy creamer. Cant wait till next time.."
