"Nice service except the maid always took away the card that let the air be cool during the day when I was out, even though I set it very high (in the 80s, farenheit, 27 celsius) which was very mean!!! I really suffered when I came back to the room!!! I tried to keep her out of my room but she kept coming back. i kept having to go up and down stairs because the key kept failing was a second problem. Finally, they do not understand that many customers *need* the bannister and keep greasing it...

"Decor need updating, phone books and Honduras Tips were dated 2009 !!?? Window blinds didn't work.. Breakfast that was included with room rate.was very good ."

"El señor que ayuda a llevar el equipaje a las habitaciones tendría que ser el encargado de recibir a las personas y hacer el registro ya que es una persona tan amable y se gana el respeto de cualquiera,al contrario de las séñoras que nos recibieron, ellas parece que son las dueñas del hotel,falta de amabilidad,carisma o buen trato a las personas, No me volvería a quedar en ese lugar por eso. Decepcionante el ambiente, personas con falta de cultura que se creen ricos por trabajar o hospedarse ahí...
