"This property is badly in need of an update. Patio doors have no seals causing noise and rain to come through. Kitchen was poorly stocked with glassware, dishes and cooking pans, toaster had a dangerous electrical shortage, there was no dining table, and water pressure and temperature from the showers was very poor. "The hotel is in a good location and has recently been acquired under the Sheraton Four Points branding. It is not up to the standard yet of that branding and probably needs some refurbishment. The breakfast was good but the buffet dinner was limited and wine options not good. The dining area definitely needs re-modeling. The room was comfortable but cleaning was not perfect and the sanitaryware ware was old with bath rather than shower. The hotel has potential."
