"First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....

"Everything was great - service was also good - wish there was more restaurants, and the ones that are available aren’t open all the time. - the buffets should have more options, they basically serve the same thing everyday. Wish they had an option for something authentic rather than having food we get in the states. "

"The property was huge with so much to do! We stayed on the adult side and were upgraded to an ocean view! Our room was the perfect location to the pool and beach. At night we watched the show and enjoyed some fun in the casino and disco. We had a great time. "
