Fantastic view to the Dubai skyline. Like the interior decoration and the bath top to have a view to the skyline Service is excellent in all restaurants and the food are superb . Location also convenient for major attractions sightseeing.

This hotel is incredible! You feel welcomed the moment you step foot on the property. From the impeccable service to the stunning details, this hotel is worth a visit (over and over again!). I WILL be back! Additionally, they upgraded us upon arrival, which means a lot! More hotels need to do this for guest experience. I cannot recommend this gorgeous place more. I loved the cleanliness and attention to details in the hotel and rooms. The breakfast team was amazing and always catered to my Vegan diet but unfortunately, out of breakfast I couldn’t enjoy the other restaurants in the hotel because of the lack of Vegan options. The hotel itself and its facilities are beyond incredible in my opinion, just have more dietary options available for those of us who are Vegan!

It was an amazing experience. We have used all the restaurants, caffès of the hotel. Great hospitality, professionalism. Definitely will visit again on our next trip to Dubai. Also located in a great place. 10 mins away from Dubai Mall less than 30 mins to the airport. Right on the canal so if you like walking thats a great spot. That was truly great thanks to the staff and Dorchester Group ….

My stay at the hotel exceeded all expectations. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Unlike what is mentioned in the description there is no self parking,the Rooms are not that clean and they do not clean them as they should, nor do they replace used glasses, and no hangers in the room. The valet area is always crowded and there is a long wait. I paid for breakfast, even though it stated breakfast is included

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Ausblick auf Dubai Downtown - tolle Dachterrasse mit Pool und Restaurant. Leider war zu unserem Aufenthalt grosser Baulärm vom Nachbarn zu hören. Das Hotel hat sich aber sehr grosszügig gezeigt und uns entsprechend entschädigt. Bester Service den ich in Dubai je hatte. Sehr empfehlenswert - unbedingt Sicht auf Down Town buchen - die andere Seite ist nicht so attraktiv.
