"It was closed your Pic was from a year ago it is covered in scaffolding and not open for 6 months I paid in advance and had to pay again at a sister Hotel (Raddisson) who demanded £2900. when I had pd over £3400 to Expedia. "From the moment we arrived each and every staff member made us feel so special. Hana at reception was outstanding. She moved mountains to accommodate our early check in for us. This was especially appreciated by my father who is 86. Her compassion for our situation was obvious."

"We were very happy to experience this hotel. It is perfectly located near Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile, in walking distance. It is a a very nice, quiet, clean, comfortable modern hotel with an excellent restaurant for breakfast and dinner. It even had parking which is hard to find. Very nice as well as conveniently located!"
