The elevator to floors 22-50 only had one of the four working. This created a line of patrons waiting up to 30 minutes or more to get either up or down.
The line was so long one evening we took the elevator to the 21 floor and was going to walk up the stairs to our floor, which was 25. Once we arrived, Michael from housekeeping who was delivering towels and bedding to a room on that floor, asked if he could help us, after explaining we were going to take stairs, he volunteered to take us up through the housekeeping elevators. He apologized for the broken elevators and the long lines and inconvenience, and we ride the service elevator up to our floor.
The next day my key card wasn't working. I went to the front desk to ask if it could be replaced, there was a long line waiting to check in at 1pm. The female staff member sitting on the end of the counter at the smaller counter space, yelled at me that she was helping others in the line to check-in and I needed to get in the back of the line. I waited patiently until she was done helping her customer than asked if she could tell me if I could replace in the automated system, she said, I don't know go ask the gentleman standing over there by the self check-in. The staff member was a female, long blondish hair, I wish I would've gotten her name, so rude and unhelpful. I was able to replace my card in the self check in kiosks, hope this helps someone else from having to wait. Giovanni in the Hash House, awesome!
