"The hotel is terrible we had issues with our room keys told the office and they said they closed at 9 so if your keys don’t work just keep trying”they’re old”. Ended up not getting in Friday night so had to find a room else where with all our stuff locked in their room. Got back there sat and complained and they said they would come check the door, it took them an hour to get to us and they found an issue with their door but refused to give us any refund even though we had to get a last minute...

INN on 17

2.5 star property
7.4 out of 10, Good, (227)
"First of all, I want to say how helpful and kind the manager was. She was very helpful. As far as motel goes, it’s good for a couple of nights. We were in town for a Billy Strings 2 night run. The arena was only 4 miles away so we took a Lyft from motel. It’s an old, no frills motel but was sufficient for our needs for a couple of nights. The only complaint was we only had one towel in room. No washcloth, bath mat or hand towel. I did go ask for another bath towel the morning after we arrived....

"Front desk clerk was not super friendly. Hallways smell like curry. Elevator is filthy and doesn't look like it's been cleaned or wioed down in forever. The hallway carpets look filthy. The room is so so. Kind if musty smelling. Lots of dust on the bed frame. Bedspread has stains on it. How hard is it to get a clean room these days. Tired of paying $$ for a crappy hotel."

Quality Inn Pooler - Savannah I-95

2.5 star property
7.0 out of 10, Good, (477)
"The hotel appears to have been recently updated, very modern and clean, super comfortable bed. The only minor issue we had was that the shower was very slow draining and looked like it could run the risk of spilling over into the bathroom. We mentioned it to the staff upon checkout, and I’m sure it will be addressed. Otherwise a great place, convenient location, and we will definitely stay here again!"
