This hotel is very conveniently located on Banyan Drive in Hilo. Staff was friendly. WSW Steakhouse had amazing food and staff and is right onsite. There is also a more casual restaurant that had friendly staff and a smaller menu. Beautiful location but loud locals out until late at night blasting music was kind of a downer. Hotel is a bit rundown but overall a good value for the price and the location.

Lovely property in a wonderful location overlooking the bay of the pretty town of Hilo. One call walk out of the hotel and stroll around the beautiful park and the waterfront. Front office staff were very helpful and friendly. Great to have free parking.

Loved its walking proximity to Coconut Island, where you could snorkel, swim, and fish. The harbour room views were unsurpassed including a direct view of Mauna Kea. It had a nice pool, but would’ve loved a hot tub as well. For the price, it was a really nice hotel with many amenities.
