Elevadores e estacionamento comprometem!

Apesar dos quartos serem excelentes, algumas coisas comprometem o todo:Elevadores com capacidade inferior e incompatível com a necessidade ocasionando uma demora muito grande para utilizar. Poucas vagas de estacionamento obrigando hóspedes a deixar o carro na rua sem segurança Logística para se servir na mesa de buffet do café da manhã, confusa e atrapalhada.

Ótimo Hotel

Atendimento muito bom, e com agilidade. O quarto estava bem arrumado. Somente o banheiro que estava um pouco sujo devido a umidade, isso me incomoda um pouco. A cama confortável, quarto sem barulho com janelas fechadas. O café da manhã é bem variado, incluindo para quem tem restrições alimentares, para todos os gostos também. A piscina com água quentinha, e bem limpinha, o serviço de quarto e do hotel, com excelência. Com certeza reservaria novamente. Recomendo muito.

Durante a noite, senti um bicho no meu rosto era uma barata, muito ruim essa experiência de estar dormindo e sentir uma barata em você. Check in e check out muito demorado. Não voltarei.

Muito ruim. Alguns apontamentos: 1- O café da manha eh pessimo.. sem variedade, produtos de baixa qualidade, nao tem lugar pra todos hospedes, fica uma muvuca em cima da mesa com as comidas.. fraco demais. 2- Apenas 2 elevadores pra atender o predio inteiro, sempre cheio e congestionado. Espera-se muito pra conseguir. 3- No primeiro dia a camareira nos acordou com porradas na porta pra limpar o quarto sendo que estava no nao pertube. 4- Era pra ter vindo sozinho, acabei vindo com alguem e cobraram a bagatela de 200,00 por diaria por uma pessoa extra (apenas 1 toalha a mais e 1 cafe da manha pessimo a mais - a cama ja era de casal). Abusivo. 5- Pedi pra estenderem 1h no check out, disseram que aoenas fazendo uma nova reserva, ou seja, tinham disponibilidade no quarto, apenas não quiseram ser gentis. NÃO RECOMENDO

O hotel em si é bom! Mas pouco espaço e funcionários para a demanda que o hotel exige! Não tem vaga na garagem para todos os hóspedes! Pouco espaço para o café da manhã, não tem lugar para todos! Sendo que os garçons não esperam a gente terminar de tomar o café e já estão recolhendo as louças ( bem constrangedor), a gente tá comendo e eles pedindo se podem recolher as louças! Achei isso bem chato!

Durante a estadia tivemos um problema de inundação na região do hotel, aparentemente não há um plano de contingência, o que causa estranheza, pois o hotel está situado ao lado do rio Perequê. Não há vagas disponíveis para todos os quartos, existe um estacionamento improvisado em um terreno ao lado, vários veículos foram atingidos pela inundação, o meu veículo ficou estacionado na região de carga e descarga. O hotel não prestou auxílio na mobilidade de entrada e saída, só era possível trafegar a pé com água até a cintura. O restaurante do hotel estava operando com limitações somente para o jantar nos quartos. O serviço de delivery de Itapema recusava pedidos da região do hotel. Embora com todas estas deficiências o hotel não flexibilizou a antecipação do checkout, negando a possibilidade de qualquer ressarcimento dos valores futuros já pagos..
