"Great stay. Charming neighborhood, and can't beat the view from the living room. You'll fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. They were very responsive with just one issue (previous renters left dog poop on the deck), but it was comfortable and clean."

"What a stunning view right from the living room and kitchen of this property! The third floor bedrooms also have a beautiful ocean view! The kitchen was amazingly well equipped with everything we needed to cook meals for our group! We were able to check in a few hours early at no extra charge and I’m so appreciative of those extra hours our first day! The access to the beach was very conveniently located only a block away. The downsides are that the home has lots of stairs and may not be ideal for the young/older members of your party; there is a bedroom off the side of the garage that is only accessible through the garage or an outside door, which is odd; and the king-sized mattress on the third floor is very hard and uncomfortable. The home has lots of nice touches like a very cute “bunk room” for kids, lots of puzzles, outside chairs with a fire pit (but it would have been nice if a small amount of firewood was provided), blankets, beach towels, and beach toys. There were lots of extra towels with lots of hooks and places to hang them to dry. The home is maybe a bit worn here and there, but was pretty darn clean. We accidentally came in through the bedroom off the garage and the floor right on the inside of the door looked like it had not been vacuumed. That slightly worried me, but everything else appeared to be clean and ready for us. We would definitely book again if we are expecting a large group! Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"What an amazing stay! LOVED being beach front with private access, gorgeous views from the house and decks, short drive to so many coastal explores, and a grocery store .3 mile away!! We didn't see any whales, but saw sea lions swimming when we arrived - and starfish & sea urchins in the beach tide pools. The house was VERY clean, even smelled clean right when we walked in the front door. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking needs, even with a great assortment of spices. The house is very spacious, and a fun layout with plenty of room to spread out. Pool table was a big bonus too - we played nightly after dark. Huge family room with a TV. Things to know: there's a jacuzzi tub, but no shower head in the master bath (but full bath upstairs, and shower downstairs), some of the windows had broken seals with condensation obstructing the gorgeous views, and the downstairs level had an off-smell to me, but nothing that kept us from enjoying the pool room. Michael is an super responsive and kind host. I would highly recommend staying here!"

"Quiet stay on a beautiful beach, with a beautiful view and a hot tub. lots of natural light in the home, comfortable furniture. Really a great place to relax in summer or winter. "
