I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Our room appeared to have been recently remodeled, and instead of carpeting had a smooth floor of some type of composite, which was very practical and clean. The room was generously sized and well laid-out. For a property so near the freeway, it was quieter than anticipated. There's plenty of parking, the grounds are clean and well-kept, and the staff are pleasant. About the only minor drawback is that the breakfast options are limited (coffee, juice, pastries), but there are so many restaurants in the area that it isn't really an issue. The refrigerator in the room worked well and was slightly larger than average. Overall I'm quite happy with our stay, and would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reasonably priced option.

America's best value Inn. Azusa

The property has seen better days. It was clean and well lit. Easy check-in and out. I've stayed in much worse places.

In the mist, lying there all by itself is the America's Best Inn. It is safe, clean, quiet, affordable, and not to far from all of the major attractions. IE Disney, Magic Mountain, Hollywood, Universal Studios. A little, tucked away jewel.

We booked so many hotels this was the only hotel calling us at 10:30 to let us know check out is in 30 minutes by the time they called us we were already getting out from our room ready to go turn in our keys and get our deposit WOW

It was very close to shopping and Azusa Pacific University. With a few cosmetic fixes it would be nicer. Simple things like tile fixes and covering old switch plates with a pretty plate.
