It is a great place to stay if you are going on a cruise. I also love the duck decor. I would definably stay there again if I were to ever leave out of long beach again. Quick tip use rideshare rather than a tax to and from LAX... its cheaper.

We stayed here before a cruise. We were told they had transport to the pier but after arriving were told they only went to Carnival. Very disappointing. The hotel was decent but not anything special. The people who worked at the hotel were all very good at their jobs and were very nice.

The hotel is wonderful! It’s close to many shopping and dining options. They even have transportation that will take you where you want to go. Will definitely stay here again if I am ever in Long Beach again!

Full service hotel with very pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Convenient shuttle to nearby destinations. Rooms and facilities are a bit dated but it was an enjoyable stay.
