The hotel was in a beautiful, quiet area. It is pretty close to the El Poblado and Provenza area as well which makes the location very ideal. The staff were incredibly sweet! We're especially thankful to Irma for being very inviting and kind, and David for being super helpful with basically creating a full itinerary of Medellin, including where to eat! The hotel breakfast was also delicious. Overall, very satisfied with the service, hotel conditions and location!
