Thank you to Shai and his staff for an amazing stay. Rooms were very spacious perfect for a family of 4. Hotel had great amenities, pool and pool bar, gym, loungers and umbrellas and a pool table in the lobby for everyone to play. Location is one of the best, walk to restaurants, across the street you have bakeries, Italian restaurants, Walgreens next door and a liquor store.

We never got to stay at this hotel because they cancelled our reservation without communicating anything to us. However, if we’d stayed, we know it would have been wonderful. They gave us a day pass for the pool/beach as a consolation, so that’s how we know it was a swanky place. Very sad, but we hope to try again next year. The lesson we learned is that if your travel plans change, contact the hotel DIRECTLY by phone!

The lounges at the pool were very nice. Close to several good restaurants. Lincoln road is two blocks away. The rental bikes on the property (I believe it was a seperate business) were in rough shape Rooms can be noisy if too close to Collins Ave. We really enjoyed our four-day stay.
