We really liked the property! The pool area needs to be cleaned more and better, I noticed multiple instances where more attention was needed. Also, more bathrooms are needed in the pool area.

I truly enjoy our stay, I got a notice on my door saying we can spend another night for reduced rate of $89, ended up having to pay $161. Thats the only thing I didn’t like. I couldn’t back out, my kids were already excited about staying another night

Frustrating that the slides were not in order for our stay. Appreciated the arcade cards, but hoped the slides would be running before we departed. Elevator wait was too long, at times. Out of items we wanted to order at the pizza restaurant and the Dunkin Donuts. Staff was ample and courteous!
