A acomodação na verdade é um chalé/cá individual. Apesar de ser bem simples e não ter muito conforto, o local é muito tranquilo. Achamos que a limpeza poderia estar um pouco mais bem feita, mas a recepção foi excepcional. O staff sempre muito gentil e a acomodação tinha tudo o que precisávamos.

Resort managed by security guards

On check in we were advised that the office closes at 5pm and for any assistance we should call security.What we were not told is that the telephone lines were down, that we would not have electricity on the Tuesday and that there would be no water. At 8.30am on Tuesday a security guard advised us that the power will be off until 4pm that day. At 4.30 pm the power was back but no water. I then tried contacting the office no answer, then security no answer as the phones were down. I duly drove to security office only to be advised that there is no water and they will deliver water to flush the toilets.I requested to speak to the General Manager, security guard could not oblige with a cell no, he then gave me the resident managers number, who was not available on her cell. Next morning we had water but it was cold, 2 days without being able to shower. I contacted the Manager on duty and inquired why we were not advised of all the above issues and why she did not return my calls. To many excuses to mention, but blamed it all on security for not informing the quest.I also told her about the dirty carpets in our chalet, "look of surprise on her face, but no mention of sending someone to clean it". I mentioned that I would write a review and all she did was shrug her shoulders.The wifi did not work for our entire stay.Well i will never go back there again, I must say that the security guards were very helpful and if they managed the resort it would be a better place to stay!!!!!!!

Hot Springs

Die Anlage ust schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, allerdings sehr sauber. Lediglich das Herausfinden, welche Armbandfarbe für welchen Badebereich gültig ist war nicht so ganz einfach. Es ffhlt rin verständlicher Übersichtsplan. Insgesamt aber sein Geld wert.

Awesome

The weekend was great, we got lost with directions, but arrived safely. The aircon was amazing in the unit, but the bedding, curtains, etc. is a bit old/outdated. Very clean and neat.

We left a shopping bag with groceries & a flask in the chalet . The management phoned us as soon as we arrived home to inform us that the cleaning staff had found it & handed it in . Full marks for honesty from all .

Do me a favor, skip this place!!!

It was really bad!! after booking through Expedia we were promised that we would be able to check in late but when we came the hotel had no documentary about our booking!! we were left to be handled by the security guard who tried to reach his boss ... we had to wait an hour until we could get inside the room and they made us pay a second time the full amount again even though we had the itinerary number and showed document and proof of our payment! they were very primitive and pretty helpless.. I was willing to give them all my credit information incase they would see that the payment did not go through but apparently it was out of the question!! Finally we got into our room to be disappointed by the filthy Place filled with cockroaches sticky surfaces

Montagu Springs Experience.

Two things disappointed me. The first being the unpleasant experience of the desk staff not being sure of how your booking system works. Despite my card being debited by yourselves, their reception insisted I present my card to be debited again and this happened when I arrived and again the next day. The second was the faulty lights, constantly blocked toilet and the stove that did not work properly. They did respond quickly when I called but my problem was just that it happened again and again. Overall, this is a great place to stay at and I will go again.

Großzügig angelegte Ferienwohnungen

Montagu ist bekannt für Hiking Tours. Man kann direkt am Quartier an den Hot Springs beginnen, wenn der Bach nicht zu viel Wasser führt. Ein anderer Start für zwei anspruchsvolle Wanderungen geht vom Ort aus. Großartige Landschaft. Vom Bloupunt Summit Rundumblick über die weite Landschaft mit Bergketten in der Ferne.

Great place to relax!

Remarkable. There are no words to describe the place. It's quite beautiful and very relaxing. They had ever thing there on site and didn't need to go out for anything. Excellent hiking trails and very scenic. Planning on returning next year.

Original, mais ce n'est pas un hôtel...

En effet, cela ressemble plus un à camping avec bungalows qu'à un hôtel à proprement parler. Les dits bungalows doivent dater des années 60 et ne vendent pas du rêve. C'est sale et moche ! Dommage d'être en Afrique du Sud pour réserver dans ce type d'établissement. Préférer des guest housse... :-)

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Montagu Springs machte den Eindruck, dass seit dem Bau 1988 nicht mehr viel gemacht wurde. In unserem Apartment wurde offensichtlich eine neue Couxh und ein neuer Flat-TV im Wohnzimmer installiert - sonst war alles alt und abgenutzt.
