"Great staff. Always very polite and welcoming. My only gripe is that the car park spaces are very narrow and the car park needs to be bigger (or share with the Harvester!) That said, it’s better than a lot of other hotels, and I’ve always been able to park somewhere. Lift hasn’t worked for more than 6 months. Doesn’t affect me, but I’d imagine that’s more than inconvenient for some others."

"Lovely house in a nice location. A river at the back wirh a field of sheep to overlook. It is in a small and very quiet estate. We did not hear anyone. All we could hear was the river. The house is all you need for a stay, clean, well equipped, good communucation. Parking at the front. There were 5 of us , 2 adults and 3 children, 13, 10 & 7. We were more then comfortable with pleanty of space. Good cooking facilities and pleanty of storage space "

"Kevin and the team are great, happy to help however they can. The food is very good as are the drinks. The en suite bathroom had a great shower, fluffy clean towels and was nicely laid out. The bed was clean and comfortable. We stayed for two nights and both agreed the only thing to change were some of the carpets. We didn't sleep, eat or shower on the carpets though, so it wasn't a game changer. We would definitely stay again, thank you Kevin and the whole team."

"Clean and well presented, despite the slightly overwhelming perfumey smell throughout. Room was clean and comfortable, but a bit stuffy. A situation not helped by the inability to open windows and get some fresh air. The airco was somewhat inadequate resulting in quite a uncomfortably warm nights sleep. Also the noise from street was quite bad despite the double glazing. The staff , however, were friendly and helpful, no complaints there at all. Excellent breakfast."
