Staff were great, room tidied and towels changed when needed. Very welcoming, friendly and respectful. Only slight negative was room, although very comfortable and suitable for our break, room decor slightly tired and in need of upgrade, in our view, this was very minor and in no way impacted our break. Nice hotel with a very convenient location in midtown east. Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable save for the the shower water: which was, at first thermo nuclear hot temperature that then seemed to fix itself on the last night. I would recommend.

We brought our dog and it was a wonderful experience. Got a fantastic upgrade as well. Randolph and Romeo were particularly wonderful as was Sherry. Can't recommend them enough! Love the Fifty Sonesta!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The area was really convenient, we rarely had to use the subway because everything was easy to walk to including the MoMA and Radio City Music Hall. The only issue is it was really noisy outside and hard to sleep… but we were only there for one night so no big deal. Overall I would recommend!
