It was absolutely magical! The staff at check-in were amazing and gave us a wonderful tour while taking us up to our bedroom. Our room was amazing, spacious and very comfortable. An absolutely fantastic stay in this wonderful castle. Everything about it was perfect. The service was excellent, the food delicious and the gardens are a great way to spend a few hours. The museum was really interesting and we spent hours on the balcony watching the ships and trains passing along the Rhine valley.

Amazong location

Amazing location and excellent staff. The room is looking lovely and the bed is comfortable. However, there are a lot of fruit flies (probably from the platter of apples) which makes the stay annoying as you’re always having to swap flies away! We advised the front desk and they came and sprayed something in the room which improved the situation. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the wait staff were amazing! I would strongly recommend this place.

Spacious and comfortable

Spent one night at this wonderful property. Great staff and the balcony room we had was very spacious. The museum was a great feature that explained the history of the castle.
