Despite the surrounding environment of the hotel is a bit untidy and the road is a bit narrow for walking, the staff speaks good English and helpful. Location is close to touristic spots. The breakfast is a nice surprise to us.

I thought the facility was beautiful and clean. Staff was personable and accommodating. If I go back to Hanoi, I would definitely stay here again.

Room was great. The staff were extremely friendly. Hannah was very helpful. To the cute lady and the gentleman I did catched their name they were a gem.

Kecho Legacy was a great place to stay .. room was clean and property over all was clean . Staff were fantastic , from Tracey on the front desk to making up the room each day . Upon early arrival they took our bags and also allowed early check in by about 3 hours . Tracey organised our trip to Halong Bay and Ninh Binh which was convenient ( (you can get them about $40 AUD cheaper if you do it yourself on the net but we did this out of convenience) . It's close to the Lake , weekend market (a main st is closed down for this but doesn't affect you) , food shops everywhere and general shops . I will say - the location is down an alley way and is interesting because when you go in or out of the hotel you see the locals preparing local food for the day . a slight smell but wouldn't put us off from staying there again . Breakfast was ok , a good mix so something for everyone . Price is really good for what you get at Kecho Legacy and location once again is brilliant . Cheers from Aus .
