This was a great place to stay. Easily one of our best vacations ever. Everything was great, weather, location, beautiful landscapes in the middle of nature, all the fun activities at the parks. Food too was excellent, we loved eating at Bio, their all vegan restaurant. Hospitality was top notch. Xenses, Xplor and Xelha are must do parks. Hope to visit again in the future when Xavage their other park opens up.

Once we arrived at the airport. There was someone there from the hotel waiting. The check in process was seemless. The staff there was super friendly. The place was amazing and has so many delicious food options. I will definitely be going back and I created so many great memories here
