"The staff is exceptional but I would recommend a few things in the way of entertainment. Perhaps live music at the pool, more activities pool side ie. pool games, dance lessons, cooking class ( salsa or guacamole lessons), etc. "

"This is one of our new favorite resorts! The drive from the airport only took 20 minutes and the resort is beautiful. All the staff were over the top friendly and helpful. The restaurants were decent and no wait times and the drinks were made well. The resort has 3 pools for kids, activities, or lounging with the swim-up bar, all next to each other with plenty of poolside chairs and cabanas. Highly recommend for families."

The entire property was extremely clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. There was a great variety of food options, and everything we tried was delicious. "We had a wonderful stay at Grand Residences Riviera Cancún! The property itself is stunning — beautiful architecture, immaculate grounds, and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The service was truly exceptional; every staff member we interacted with was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. The food overall was good, and we especially enjoyed the à la carte dining options and room service. However, the buffet could use some improvement in terms of variety and quality compared to other resorts we've visited. It wasn’t bad by any means, just not quite at the same level as the rest of the resort experience. One thing to note is that the location is a bit isolated — it’s not within walking distance to shops or major attractions, so if you’re looking to explore, you’ll need transportation. That said, the tranquility and seclusion are part of the charm if you're looking for a true getaway. Despite the minor notes, we would absolutely return. The beautiful setting, outstanding service, and overall quality make Grand Residences Riviera Cancún a place we look forward to visiting again."

"Don't listen to the people complaining. I had a wonderful time. The buffest is really all you need the food there is amazing. I also ate at the Hunter's steakhouse which was amazing as well. The room are big and beautiful and there are many areas to just sit bk and relax all over the property. You feel safe on the resort and there is always entertain or something to eat everywhere you turn. My only complaint is I wish they had night entertain on the adult side of the resort and that the adult swim up bar closed later, other than that I would definitely stay here again."
