Peaceful. That's what better describes this place, restaurants options are limited BUT tasteful, sky looks amazing at night, we spend 2 nights and was a great experience for our senses.

The thermal waters and the construction around the pools are great. The rest is pretty bad. No hot water in the rooms, no WiFi, a water leak from the ceiling, the lighting is terrible, dark because the only window is tiny, the view from the only window is to the parking lot. Having those majestic mountains around is a real pity you see parked cars. Had to beg for a hand towel and a bathroom mat. The selection of food is poor and no healthy options. This hotel needs a new vision to keep up with comfort and technology.

Es un lugar muy tranquilo donde puedes desconectarte de la ciudad sin ir tan lejos, no le doy 5 estrellas ya que considero que la limpieza del área de los baños y regaderas de la alberca pudieron haber estado mejor. Por lo demás, todo estuvo bien.

No es súper lujoso, es muy rústico en el buen sentido y está en buenas condiciones, excelente servicio, es para lo que se promociona, relajarse y saben cómo relajarte, estoy deseando regresar. Lo único es, lleva efectivo porque es un show pagar con tarjeta, si se puede pero lleva efectivo para los extras y las propinas.

Muy hermoso lugar ya me e alojado varias veces en este hotel y es muy bonito. Lamentablemente durante esta estancia las condiciones del cuarto decayeron un poco, 1.- la caja fuerte estaba cerrada y la reporte 2 veces pero nunca fueron a abrirla para poder guardar mis cosas. 2.- la puerta de acceso al baño no cerraba, tenia perilla pero no tenía el cerrojo para que arrancara la puerta. 3.-La regadera no tenía regadera, así que solo salía un chorro de agua. Las áreas de oportunidad que tienen son: Hacer rondines en las termas ya que mucha gente no entiende que es un lugar de relajación y apesar de que hay letreros de que hagan silencio me tocó gente que estaba casi gritando y hablando por celular dentro de las termas y como es un lugar cerrado el ruido era insoportable, desagradable y cero relajante, lo reporte varias veces pero no hubo respuesta.

Muy agradable la estancia, ideal para relajarse en las aguas termales y disfrutar de la naturaleza La comida y servicio en restaurant super riquisimo todo y el personal muy atento, siempre al pendiente el unico detalle fue que reporte dede dia que llegue a recepcion un alacran en alberca y aun cuando nos retiramos seguia ahi. no lo retiraron.
