"The staff was amazing, polite and helpful. The food is the only thing that wasn’t great. It was bland I felt bad getting food I didn’t like and throwing it away. Breakfast was the best, they have amazing juices and you can get an omelette made to your liking. The French toast was good so was the snack bar for lunch. It’s not fancy but it’s affordable and pleasant. Since it is in San Jose you will have to go on an activity that includes transportation or uber which is 30.00 to see the attractions like the arches. We did the snorkel activity on a double layer bus. It was worth the money and the lunch on board was great. Grey line is in the lobby area by the buffet."
