"I don’t know why it doesn’t have great reviews because honestly this place was so nice and clean and great pools and location and beach. Perfect for everything! Will go again for sure!!"

"I liked how close the property was to everything, the hotel itself was super clean and well kept. The lights went out in the city during our stay there but the lights and water still worked well in the building. A staff there i believe his name was Marco, was very helpful and kind. I did notice that some of the other staff though were rude and unwelcoming, it was mainely the female staff. Other than that, we really liked our stay here and i would recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to stay in San Juan."
