I really liked the location, and the room was nice with a great view. However, the staff is generally terrible, almost non of them speak basic English and they are when I asked for a bucket of ice I got a response of “let me check”. The room floor was quite dirty yet the cleaning staff were pleasant and almost always available. We had no internet at the room or even anywhere else in the hotel and the staff were useless for the whole 6 days stay. Muito bom

Nós reservamos esse hotel pela recomendação do bairro, que foi muito seguro e tem bons restaurantes próximos, mas ele fica há pelo menos uns 20min de caminhada da Avenida Paulista e não há estação de metrô próxima. O quarto era simples e limpo, como os padrões do Ibis, e tivemos apenas um problema com a TV que parou de funcionar à noite. Na recepção, foi oferecido para trocar de quarto, mas como estava tarde preferimos manter. Quero destacar que as atendentes foram muito prestativas com tudo!
