The hotel was great - front desk and concierge were very helpful and professional, room was as advertised without any issues, and check-in / check-out were painless. Left bags with the concierge for the day and he brought them out to us upon seeing our group return before we could even ask, just excellent service all around.

Island in a dangerous area

The hotel is a little island in an area where you are not going to feel safe. We chose the hotel for its proximity to the train station (airport express) which was 200-300 meters. However it was a high risk to make that walk. We ended up taking a taxi.

É uma ótima escolha!

O hotel é muito bem localizado para quem pretende fazer compras no Bom Retiro ou quem pretende visitar os museus nas proximidades da estação da Luz. O quarto é confortável e o local é muito silencioso para descansar e dormir depois de aproveitar as atividades de São Paulo. E os funcionários são muito educados, prestativos e simpáticos. Recomendo!
