Very convient, close to both airport, Airport Express line just below. Lots of nice local restaurants. New clean hotel, only downfall its far from central so it will take you 45 min to 1 hr to get to tourist places. Great choice of breakfast.

Staffs are awesome. We put on do not disturb several time during the stay. And they called and checked on what we need for the day and delivered by doorsteps. Plus the business center is an easy access at floor 4th. But only one computer available, several seats for notebook users though. 10/10. It’s just off the metro. And two stops away from 弘大 by air rail

Great stay, still new feeling and room was a good size. Good location, only 15 mins on metro to centre of seoul. Good food choices nearby, highly recommend Js hotpot on basement level. Downsides were breakfast times - closing by 9.30 on weekdays and although later on weekends, you have to book a designated time - we were made very aware we were to be gone by 9.15 on a sat, not acceptable in a 5* hotel. Very much angled to short stay or business people. Cleaning was hit and miss with dirty cups not being changed and tea, toilet roll not being replaced. However, small issues and overall an enjoyable stay for a week to discover Seoul at a more reasonable price than city centre.

Overall nice. The buffet breakfast was delicious though it ends at 9 AM. A lot of minor inconveniences that add up. The housekeeping and communication were really inconsistent and I got bothered a few times on do not disturb. My first day there they also asked me to wait for 6 hours before check in (after an overnight flight), not letting me know there was an option to pay a bit extra to be let in early. Deliveries also can't be put in the floor lobby and so usually you have to wait downstairs for 20 minutes.

첫째로 2개의 방을 다른 시기에 예약하면서 가격 변동이 있어서 가격차이 대한 배려를 요구했지만 오히려 내가 예약한걸 취소하고 자신의 호텔 통해서 다이렉트로 예약 하라고 권하는 예약 담당자는 나를 배려 하는 것처럼 속이려고 했다. 2. 나는 어른 들을 모시고 왔기 때문에 아침 식사를 추가 했는데, 전혀 지불한 돈의 가치를 경험하지 못한 형편없는 식사였다. 3. 룸에 시트나 시설들이 비즈니스 호텔보다 못하는 것들로 설치되어 있었는데,너무 나도 불편한 잠을 잤다. 4. 어른들을 모시고 가서 2틀이나 호텔에 있었는데, 어른들을 모신것이 후회가 되는 싸구려 느낌나는 호텔이었다. 그렇다고 직원들이 1. I booked two rooms at different times, and due to price fluctuations, I requested some consideration for the price difference. However, the reservation staff tried to deceive me by pretending to be helpful, suggesting that I cancel my booking and rebook directly through their hotel instead. 2. Since I was traveling with elderly guests, I added breakfast, but the meal was so poor that it was nowhere near worth the amount I paid. 3. The room’s sheets and facilities were even worse than those of a standard business hotel, making for an incredibly uncomfortable sleep. 4. I stayed at this hotel for two nights with elderly guests, and I deeply regretted bringing them here. The hotel had a cheap, low-quality feel to it, and the staff weren’t even particularly friendly.
