Exceptional in every way! - The most beautiful, opulent, historic, grand hotel. The view of Mt Vesuvius and Capri were the most beautiful backdrop to an elegant and super dining room. A wonderful extensive choice of breakfast and a delicious menu for the evening. All staff, especially Max on reception, were so courteous and friendly and nothing was too much trouble, they all made you feel very special. We loved everything about this hotel and would totally recommend to anyone. We were so excited to come to Sorrento and this hotel really made the stay everything we dreamed of. Thank you Ambasciatori

Fantastic place to stay

This was my second time staying at this hotel in the last 5 years. It was one of our favorite hotels in all of our Ital travels. Everything is top notch, great staff. We loved Max and Luigi at the front desk. They were a memorable part of our trip because of their welcoming attitude and hospitality.

It's a luxurious calming experience enhanced by the natural beauty of the surroundings, which are well taken advantage of by the layout of this hotel. The hotel is a short walk to downtown Sorrento before enjoying all the shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is very clean, attentive staff, and the amenities are very good. Enjoy the beach deck down below with a full bar and light food or the restaurant with great views. The complimentary breakfast is very good as well. I’d recommend this place to anyone and will stay there again in the future.
