The staff were very friendly and helpful. The VIP room upgrade and complimentary drinks were appreciated. The decor was interesting, from the ten foot tall wooden bear outside the door to the many nautical touches in our suite. The room was large and the bed, couch, and reclining chair were comfortable.

The room had an odor and the door jam was broken. Carpet needs a good vacuuming around the base of the walls. Breakfast was excellent. Bear Bar and front desk personnel were cordial and accommodating.
