"We weee visiting some family in the area and found this wonderful property. It’s a guest house with its own private entry, public space, etc. Roland had everything ready for our arrival and the property was beautiful! "My partner and I celebrated our 7 year anniversary in this adorable trailer by the stream. It was comfortable and had all the necessities. Its close to Ojai but far enough away for some dark sky star gazing. Keep in mind- this is a trailer! If you are looking for a 5 star resort this is not for you. That being said; as far as trailer life goes I honestly couldnt have asked for more. I would definitely stay again. Also- our host was very accommodating and attentive. Thank you!!"

"The location was perfect for our needs. Just a short walk to the beach. The house fit our family of 5 very well. There were a few issues that came up during our visit. The owner was quick to respond and gracious. The neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was nice and quite. There is a cute coffee shop not too far away. The barking seals and sound of the waves added to the charm of this location. "

"The property was perfect for our family get together. The kitchen was perfect for cooking with the family and you had beautiful views of the beach from the kitchen and living room! We could all fit around the living room and hang out and talk. Just steps from the sand, we played on the beach all day and even got in some hoops at the basketball court! Everyone had their own space in this spacious property and it was just perfect for us!"
