"For the all inclusive eating we never ran into issues with getting a seat but we did tend to eat a little earlier than everyone else it seemed which probably helped. The staff were very helpful and really wanted to make sure you were having a good time. Go to the free concerts/music events and hit up the Sun Bar for evening events. The city tour\tequila tasting was nice but was a long day of driving around so make sure to bring a water bottle. Overall a great experience and will definitely be looking to stay again."

Everyone is so kind and friendly, as soon as I arrived, ROBERTO was so helpful he thought me things I didn’t know and everyone at the reception is great. Top Notch service. Everyone is so happy in this resort, It’s fun and relaxing...having many bars accessible 24/7 is great, as well as the 24/7 Room service, is fast and the restaurants are good. "My recent stay at Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta was overall a great experience, but there were a few surprises worth mentioning. The resort itself is beautiful — tucked away on a private beach surrounded by lush hills, it feels like a peaceful escape. The beach is clean and well-maintained, and there’s plenty of room to relax without feeling crowded. The service was excellent across the board. Staff were friendly, professional, and always eager to help, whether we were lounging by the pool or dining at one of the restaurants. The food and drink options were good, but one thing to be aware of: even though it’s advertised as all-inclusive, there were extra charges for “premium” drinks and certain food options. If you wanted top-shelf liquor, better wine, or specific menu items, you had to pay additional fees, which was a bit disappointing. It’s something I wish had been more clearly explained up front. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had stunning ocean views. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves every night was a highlight of the trip. Overall, Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta is a beautiful resort with great service and a relaxing atmosphere. Just keep in mind that not everything is included in the “all-inclusive” price.
