"Overall good. However in apartment in the kitchen you can find only cutlery for 2 people. No kettle, tea or coffee. No hairdryer. Air-conditioning had silly noise. The town is nearby downtown Madrid. I would ask the staff to return a good evening, good morning, have a nice day, thank you, etc. Great place to stay but the staff needs to be more polite.
