"Room was not ready at 3pm check in time , still not ready at 5pm , finally got in at 5:20 after 16 hours of travel. Bring towels and toilet paper , left us with 3 towels and 3 rolls for 3 people. 4th day someone brought us towels and toilet paper because I complained about it. Signage says they refresh every 4 days but we had to contact them to give us fresh towels."

"There is no front desk but communication was very well. Very responsive replies on whatsapp and on the hotline. "We had a splendid stay. The house was just as described. All amenities described were provided. The owner, Filipe, is very responsive and helpful with any questions. We had no issues. We enjoyed the peacefulness yet close to town. As for the driveway from precious comments, yes it is steep, but we had no issues at all! We followed Felipe’s advice and we were fine."

"The house is just minutes from the beach. Even in early August the beach is not crowded. Water temperatures were around 16 C. The beach gets windy in the afternoon when kite surfers start. There are life guards which adds extra safety. The little town is cute with restaurants, beach cafes and a little grocery store. A train to Porto runs a few times a day. The house itself has some charming aspects such as the ocean view and the hardwood floor. The kitchen has a lot of useful things....
