"This is our fourth stay at this property and it gets better every time. The first time we stayed was 3 years ago, and the lobby had a funky smell, now nice and pleasant. The staff are always friendly. Adan helped us to our room. We had 2 cats and a dog, with plenty of luggage. Super nice guy. Francia was at the desk and was efficient and kind. They also charged a pet fee, but one fee for all 3, not 3 fees. Previous night in Mazatlan they charged 350 per pet. Here it was 400 for 3....
