"A lovely property in a secluded part of the Royal golf course. Suites were perfect- clean, comfortable and well appointed. The pool was great and the location calm and relaxing. Service in the restaurant (due to one particular member of staff) was poor but it’s apparently owned by another company. Breakfast was ok but could have been much better. Despite this, I’d definitely stay again."

"Everything from trying to find the hotel to staying only one night out of two paid for was terrible. The service was awful and their wifi and AC did not work. The wifi was critical as I’m from the US and had to work evening Zoom calls and couldn’t. When presenting this to the front manager on the morning her solution was to work in their first floor restaurant; she also flat out said we were lying about the AC not working. Customer service in the south of France really is amongst the best in the world. My room was spacious and cool, nice views, hotel facilities were very good.
